2. Data collected and purposes

2.1 Contact form

When you fill in the contact form, the following data is collected:

Purpose: to respond to your request and provide a quote.

Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention: data collected through the contact form is retained for the time necessary to handle the request and any related follow-up communications. If no contractual relationship is established, Levixflow periodically reviews received requests and retains the data only for the period reasonably necessary for administrative, organisational or legal-protection purposes, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

2.2 Newsletter subscription

If you choose to subscribe, only your email address is collected.

Purpose: sending periodic communications (approximately once a month) about real automation and back-office development cases.

Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to [email protected] or via the unsubscribe link in any email.

Retention: until consent is withdrawn. After unsubscribing, the email address will be deleted or retained in a technical suppression list, where necessary to prevent further mailings.
