Inventory · WooCommerce · Custom on-premise solution

Your stock doesn't need another plugin.
It needs a solution that knows your rules.

You sell products you don't have. The site says in stock, the warehouse says zero. Someone updates it by hand. A generic plugin isn't enough because it doesn't know your multiple warehouses, your B2B agreements, your exceptions. And your operational data shouldn't pass through third-party servers. We build the connection that runs on your rules - and runs wherever you want.

The real cost of every cancelled order. Refund, handling, lost customer. At five oversold orders a month the damage already exceeds the value of the orders themselves.

The problem

The wrong stock figure
costs you every day.

It's not a technical problem you fix once. It's an operational problem that comes back every time someone updates stock in the ERP and forgets the site - or the other way around.

You sell what you don't have - overselling

The site shows "in stock", the customer orders and pays. The warehouse is empty. Then comes the refund, the apology email, the customer who never returns. The damage isn't just financial - it's reputational.

Available products showing as "out of stock" online

You have the goods in the warehouse but the site says zero. Lost sales you never even notice. Customers going to a competitor, convinced you don't have what they need.

Manual updates that steal hours every week

Someone exports from the ERP, imports into WooCommerce, checks for discrepancies. It's a process that works until that person is away - and then everything breaks.

Installed plugins that stop working

You've already tried the plugin route. It works for a while, then a WooCommerce update breaks it, or the ERP changes its export format, or the cloud connector raises its prices. Back to square one.

The system reads the updated stock from the ERP and aligns WooCommerce automatically. No copy-paste, no human error, no overselling.

Why generic plugins aren't enough

A plugin updates stock.
A custom solution updates your stock.

The difference isn't technical - it's that every store has its own rules that no generic plugin can know.

Plugin / SaaS connector

Built for the average case

  • Doesn't know your multiple warehouses and their priorities
  • Doesn't handle B2B orders with reserved stock
  • Doesn't know some products update every 5 minutes, others once a day
  • Your operational data passes through third-party servers
  • If the service changes prices or shuts down, your operation stops
  • An update breaks everything - and it's not your problem to fix
Custom Levixflow solution

Built for your case

  • Knows the structure of your warehouses and your fulfilment priorities
  • Handles B2B exceptions, reservations, safety thresholds
  • Update frequency follows how fast each product turns over
  • Runs on your servers - data never leaves your network
  • Depends on no external service: it's yours, it always works
  • If something changes, you know who to call - the person who built it
Why the data has to stay yours

Your stock is
competitive intelligence.
Don't share it.

Inventory turnover, best-selling products, suppliers, real prices, purchasing flows - this data reveals how your business actually works. Every cloud connector that syncs your ERP with WooCommerce sees all of it.

GDPR and operational data. The orders flowing through the integration contain customer personal data - name, address, purchase history. Every external node that touches that data is a compliance risk. With an on-premise solution, that risk doesn't exist.

No third-party server in the flow
The sync happens directly between your ERP and WooCommerce, inside your network. No data passes through external cloud services you don't control.

Real project

An online store with several suppliers
and stock always out of sync.

In production

Every delivery meant hours of manual updates. A different format for each supplier. Wrong stock on the site.

The store received goods from several suppliers, each with their own product codes and document formats. The manual update took hours on every delivery - and introduced systematic errors that led to selling out-of-stock products.

We analysed the goods-receiving flow, mapped each supplier's formats and built a system that reads the delivery documents, reconciles the codes against the WooCommerce catalogue and updates availability automatically. Exceptions are flagged for manual review - the rest runs on its own.

The system runs on-premise, requires no connection to cloud services and works even without internet. Inventory data never leaves the company network.

Problem

Hours of manual updates

Every delivery required a manual stock update. Different codes per supplier, frequent errors, the site always out of sync.

Analysis

Mapping flows and suppliers

Analysis of each supplier's formats, product codes and the company's specific stock-update rules.

Solution

An automatic on-premise system

Automatic reading of the documents, reconciliation with the catalogue, WooCommerce update. The team only handles exceptions.

Result

From 3 hours to under 10 minutes per delivery

Zero availability errors after go-live. Stock always aligned, no orders cancelled for overselling. A new supplier = no rebuild, just configuration.

Before you write to me

I'm not the cheapest plugin.

If you need a standard solution you can install in ten minutes, there are plugins and SaaS connectors that cost less and do the job for most simple stores.

What I do is different: I analyse your specific operational setup, your stock rules, your suppliers and your exceptions - and build a solution that works exactly on your case, runs inside your infrastructure and depends on no external service.

If your problem is that no generic plugin can handle your rules - and you've already tried - then it's worth talking.

"You stood out from more than 60 candidates because you had a clear plan. You explained exactly how you'd tackle the problem - that gave me the confidence to choose you."
