Your business already has all the data it needs. The problem is it lives in the wrong places.

One system for orders. Another for invoices. A spreadsheet for inventory that only one person understands. Someone manually bridges the gap every day. We build the connection that's missing - bespoke, fixed price, without making you learn new software.

The problem

It's not disorder.
It's a lack of connection.

When different tools don't communicate, the invisible work falls on people: copy, check, fix, chase. Every single day.

01

Your systems don't talk to each other

ERP, ecommerce, shipping and accounting remain siloed. Someone bridges the gap every day - usually the person who doesn't have time for it.

02

Invoices that are hard to verify

Rates, contracts, lines and variables. The errors exist - you only find them after they've already eroded the margin.

03

Inventory that's never aligned

Stock says one thing, your website another. Every manual correction introduces the risk of the next one.

The solution

I build the missing connection.
Not another piece of software to endure.

A high-volume shipping operation had no way to verify whether courier costs matched their contract

Hundreds of lines per billing cycle. Rates by weight, volume and zone, plus surcharges. I built a browser-based tool: upload the courier document, it reads every line, applies the contract logic and produces a discrepancy report. The client updates the rates themselves when they change.

An ecommerce store received stock from multiple suppliers, each with different formats and codes

Every delivery required hours of manual updates. The system reads barcodes from documents, reconciles against the catalogue, updates availability and flags exceptions. Different formats are normalised automatically. Runs locally - no cloud, no subscription.

The developer

You speak with the person writing the code.

You don't need to know what an API or a database is. You just need to explain what isn't working - from there I handle the analysis, written proposal, milestone development and testing on your real data.

I've solved operational problems for businesses in Italy and abroad: from companies checking courier invoices by hand, to online stores with perpetually misaligned inventory, to platforms running on legacy systems nobody dared touch.

No intermediaries. No handoffs. You always speak directly with me.

Why now

Companies already have software.
The problem is making it work together.

Most businesses are no longer starting from zero. They already use cloud tools, ERP systems, ecommerce platforms, spreadsheets, invoicing software and shared files. The weak point is rarely “we need another platform”. It is the manual work still sitting between the tools.

If someone on your team copies, checks or corrects the same data every week, that is usually an automatable bottleneck.

01

You already have the systems

ERP, ecommerce, invoices, inventory, supplier files or spreadsheets are already there. The issue is that someone still has to connect them by hand.

02

Errors show up too late

Prices, quantities, codes, stock levels or invoices are checked only after the problem has already entered the workflow.

03

A spreadsheet became critical

If a spreadsheet, export or manual routine depends on one person, it is no longer just a workaround. It is an operational risk.

I don’t
  • I don’t sell you a new ERP.
  • I don’t start with endless discovery calls.
  • I don’t need a perfect technical specification.
I do
  • I connect the tools you already use.
  • I automate repetitive checks, transfers and corrections.
  • I define scope, timeline and price before we start.

FAQ

Questions before you write.

Straight answers about automation, cost, timing, data - and when I might not be the right choice.

If someone copies, checks, compares or corrects the same data every week, there is probably at least one part that can be automated. You do not need a technical specification: just explain what happens today, which tools you use and where time gets lost.
Levixflow helps when orders, invoices, inventory, price lists, supplier files, reports or spreadsheets do not talk to each other. Examples include syncing ecommerce orders with an ERP, checking invoices, updating stock levels, importing supplier price lists or generating reports without manual work.
No. Most projects start from the tools you already use: ERP, ecommerce, spreadsheets, invoices, emails, supplier files or internal databases. The goal is not to make you replace your software, but to remove the manual steps between one system and another.
Often, yes. If the systems allow exports, imports, APIs, CSV/XML files, emails or accessible databases, a custom connection can usually be built. First I check what is technically possible, then I tell you whether it makes sense to automate, integrate or simplify the workflow.
It depends on the scope. First we clarify the problem, then you receive a written proposal with a fixed price, timeline and what is included. The quote is free and does not commit you to anything. For larger projects, I can work by milestones: you approve one phase at a time.
Targeted interventions can take 3–7 days. Medium-complexity projects usually take 2–4 weeks. More complete back-office systems can take 4–8 weeks. Timing and deliverables are defined before anything starts.
No. It helps to have someone who understands the operational process, not necessarily a technical person. What matters is understanding what happens today: which files you use, which checks you make, where data gets stuck and who has to step in manually.
Data handling is reviewed before the project starts. Depending on the case, the solution can run on your infrastructure, on a dedicated server or on tools your company already uses. If we work with invoices, customer data, price lists or sensitive documents, privacy and access rules are defined in the proposal.
A simple description of the problem is enough. For example: which tools you use, what gets copied or checked manually, how often it happens, who handles it and what goes wrong when the process breaks. From there I can understand whether it makes sense to go deeper.
I read the problem and reply with the first useful questions. If I see a concrete opportunity, I suggest a short workflow analysis. After that, you receive a written proposal with scope, timeline and fixed price. Nothing starts without your approval.
I will tell you. Sometimes the best solution is simplifying a spreadsheet, changing an internal step or using an existing tool better. The goal is not to sell unnecessary development, but to understand whether there is a bottleneck worth removing.
Issues within the agreed scope are handled after delivery. Future changes, new integrations or improvements are quoted separately at a fixed price. The goal is to leave you with a stable tool, not ongoing surprises.
